Buyer terms

1. All sales final

Front Row tickets are patronage: your purchase directly supports the model whose show you are attending. If you cannot attend, there are no cash refunds for any reason.

2. Guest transfers

Can't make it? You may transfer any ticket to a guest at no charge. Forward the confirmation email or the ticket QR code. The ticket admits whoever presents it first; each code scans exactly once.

3. Show changes

If a show is cancelled, postponed, or changes materially (venue, date, or designer), your tickets transfer to a future Front Row show of equal or greater value, or convert to Front Row credit. No cash refunds.

4. Entry

Present your QR code at the door. One scan per ticket. Front Row and the venue may refuse entry for disruptive behavior without refund.

5. Pricing

Seats are numbered 1 to 10; lower numbers are closer to the runway and priced higher. Early-bird pricing runs through December 31, 2026. Regular pricing applies from January 1, 2027.
